The Underground Art came to be in 2024 as a result of the redevelopment project of the Burlap Lofts in Northeast Minneapolis. The Burlap Lofts buildings were acquired in 2023 and fully renovated into unique business and office spaces for a fresh set of tenants. The Underground Art is 2200 sq ft of dedicated gallery space located in the basement of Burlap Lofts. Like the rest of the buildings, the gallery is host to new ideas and excellent artworks of all mediums and styles. 

Visit us during exhibitions Saturdays 2-6pm or by appointment.
